Comprehensive restructuring and expansion of Deutsche Bahn's Rummelsburg operations site to consolidate several business units on an integrated campus. Based on a feasibility study, the project included the refurbishment of existing buildings, a new central entrance building, a workshop and warehouse with offices and social areas, and the redesign of infrastructure and outdoor spaces. Road and rail access, logistics and interfaces with adjacent rail infrastructure projects were integrated into the planning.
