Together with Compagnie de Phalsbourg, the project team won the City of Nice's public tender for this ambitious project with an exceptional architectural language. The tender documents and project development were managed through to the sale to an investor. Today, the building complex is complete and fully leased. Its programme includes a four-star Hilton hotel, retail space including Uniqlo, offices, a gym and an event venue.
